NOAKES – Suddenly at the Brantford General Hospital, on Tuesday, July 25, 1972, Albert H. Noakes (retired employee Massey Ferguson Company and life member of Quarter Century Club) in his 78th year; of 177, Ontario Street; husband of the late Blanch Davis; dear father of Ronald, Mrs. Robert (Patricia) Lunn, both of Brantford; Captain Mrs. Stanley (Margaret) Foster of Toronto, Mrs. Captain Edward (Evelyn) Amos of Brockville, Mrs. Lee (Ruth) Hotchkiss of Galt; brother of Fred of Brantford; also survived by 10 grandchildren, Mr. Noakes was a veteran of First World War, 125th Battalion, member of the Canadian Order of Foresters, a lifelong member of the Salvation Army, Resting at Hill and Robinson Limited, Funeral Home, Nelson and Queen Streets, until Friday; service in the chapel 2 p.m.  Interment Mount Hope Cemetery, Major A.E. Milley will officiate.
