Mrs. T. Hurst, 81 West Mill was informed that William Raines, 50th Battalion, had been wounded in both legs and was in hospital in Manchester. He lived with his aunt while a resident of this city, being employed at Watson’s. He was a single man of 20, and left Brantford with the 215th Battalion.
