Charles W. Prowse

The death of Charles W. Prowse occurred suddenly on Saturday at his home in Lansing, Ontario.  He was born in Brantford 53 years ago, and had resided in Lansing for the last 27 years. During the First Great War he served overseas with the 69th Battery for two years.  He was a member of the North York Volunteer Fire Department for 16 years.  Surviving are his widow, the former Maude Dymond; one son, Allan, Lansing; one brother, John, Hamilton; and one sister, Mrs. Ethel Penick.
