William E. Martin

The funeral of William E. Martin took place on Wednesday with Rev. Alfred A. Maloney in charge of the service in St. Peter’s Anglican church, Ohsweken.  At the graveside the “Last Post” was sounded by Sergeant W. Lickers, and a firing party composed of members of the 37th Haldimand Rifles attended. Many beautiful floral tributes showed the high esteem in which the deceased was held.  The pallbearers were W. Johnson, R.E. Johnson, O. Johnson, F. Monture, A. Martin and E. Millar.
