The funeral of William H. Hoyle was conducted Wednesday afternoon from the Beckett Funeral Home, with interment in the Soldiers’ Plot in Mount Hope Cemetery.  The funeral was very largely attended.  Canadian Legion comrades and members of Salisbury Lodge, Sons of England, attended in a body.  The deceased had been a Pat President of Salisbury Lodge.  At the funeral home a Sons of England service was in charge of George Godfrey as President and George Crooks as Chaplain.  The Choir of St. Paul’s Anglican Church took part in the service, and an appropriate solo was rendered by R. Holman, with Mrs. G. Smith accompanying at the piano.  Rev. H.W. Snell conducted the services at the funeral home and at the graveside.  The pallbearers were: W. Gunn, W. Farnsworth, R.
