William Robert Guest

William R. Guest, husband of Florence Flanders, Mount Pleasant, passed away suddenly at the Toronto General Hospital, on Friday, in his 57th year. Mr. Guest was born in Mount Pleasant, the son of the late William Guest and Mary Shellard.  He had been a life-long resident of Mount Pleasant district, where he had farmed all his life.  He was a member of All Saints’ Anglican Church, Mount Pleasant.  Surviving, besides his widow, are two sons, Robert Guest, Mount Pleasant, and Allan Guest, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Stuart (Jean) Phoenix, Kenya, British East Africa, Mrs. James (Marguerite) Somerville, Halifax, N.S., and Mrs. Fred (Mildred) Vaughan, Toronto; and five grandchildren.  A private service was conducted on Saturday afternoon with interment in All Saints’ Anglican Cemetery, Mount Pleasant.
