Russell Thompson Moyer Reported Wounded

After serving in France for three years, Gunner Russell T. Moyer has at last received a wound. His mother, Mrs. Isaac S. Moyer, was informed by cable today. He is now in the 11th Stationary Hospital at Rouen, with a wound in the left shoulder. Gunner Moyer was a very well thought of young man. He was a hardware clerk in Bishop’s store before going overseas.

MOYER, Russell Thompson – (Veteran First Word War).  At the Almonte Nursing Home on Wednesday, December 20, 1989, Russell Thompson Moyer, formerly of Toronto, age 93 years; husband of the late Alice Dutrisac; survived by one brother, Frank of St. Catharines and Mrs. Ida Drabble of Brantford; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Private family service, Cremation.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of the C.R. Gamble Funeral Home and Chapel, Almonte
