BX October 15, 1918

Mr. and Mrs. W.B. Schuler, 46 Duke Street, received official word that their son, Private Phillip Schuler Mounted Services was officially, reported to have been admitted to No. 32 Stationary hospital, Wimereux, Oct. 2, with a gunshot wound in the right thigh. Pte. Schuler left Toronto with the Canadian Mounted Rifles, and had been overseas since March, going to France in May last. He was a moulder in Waterloo, Iowa, previous to enlistment coming back to his old home to enlist.
