Joseph Mountjoy Died of Wounds – Was Brother of Mrs. John W. Watkins

Mrs. John W. Watkins, Sydenham Street, yesterday received the sad news that her brother, Joseph Mountjoy had died of wounds on Aug 16. No other particulars were contained in the message. He was in the 2nd Cavalry Field Ambulance Corps and volunteered at the beginning of the war. For a while, he was stationed at Malta, but several months ago he was transferred to France. Mrs. Watkins will have the sympathy of a host of friends in the loss of her brother.
