Private Joseph Jackson son of Mrs. M.A. Jackson, 31 Albion Street, has been severely wounded in the knee and is now in the 2nd Southern General hospital, British, according to word received here today. Pte. Jackson enlisted in the 37th Battalion at Cayuga, and was later transferred to the 42nd Battalion. He was a single man 20 years of age, and in peace times worked at the Massey-Harris factory.
