Capt. James A. Mutter Will Resume Position at Collegiate Institute – Recent Accident During Field Operations Makes Him Unfit for Service

Through an accident which he recently suffered Captain James Alexander Mutter of the 215th Battalion is declared unfit for further military services in the C.E.F. Capt. Mutter was formerly a teacher in the Collegiate Institute and was granted leave of absence. Last evening a communication was received from him by the Board of Education with the information that he would be ready to resume his duties at the beginning of the New Year.

Captain Mutter met with an accident recently during field operations. It was decided to reinstate Capt. Mutter in the day classes in the Collegiate Institute and that Mr. Gee continue to take charge of the evening classes until he obtains another position.
