Harold Taylor

Harold Taylor of 188 Nelson Street died suddenly in the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday in his 62nd year.  Born in Brantford, he was the son of the late Alfred and Jane Taylor.  Mr. Taylor was a veteran of the First World War and served overseas with 125th and 4th Battalions.  A pipe fitter by trade, he was a former employee of Turnbull Elevators of Toronto.  Mr. Taylor leaves two brothers, Oscar of Detroit and Edward of Mimico; three sisters, Misses Katie and Florence at home and Mrs. James (Mabel) Porteous of the city.  Mr. Taylor is resting at the Hill and Robinson Funeral Home until Friday for service in the chapel at 2 p.m.  Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery; Rev. Dr. Victor Levan will officiate.
