Ernest Edward Ladd Reported Dangerously Ill

Official word has been received by his parents that Private Ernest Edward Ladd is dangerously ill, suffering from a gunshot wound in the right leg, penetrating the abdomen, received on November 9. He enlisted with the 125th Battalion and went to France in October, 1916. He was in the employee of the City Water Works Plant prior to enlisting.
