BX November 14, 1917

Gunner Eric (Pat) Prime has been wounded, according to word received by his mother, who resides at 33 Peel Street. He is suffering from a gunshot wound in the head. Gunner Eric Prime was formerly employed as a pressman at Hurley’s printing establishment and went overseas with the 40th Battery.

PRIME – At the Brantford General Hospital, on Monday, January 19, 1976, Eric L. (Pat) Prime, beloved husband of Clara Prime; dear father of Gordon Prime of Newton Mearns, Scotland; loving grandfather of Catherine, Elizabeth, James and Fiona.  Mr. Prime was a member of First Baptist Church, former member of Calvary Baptist Church, member of the Quarter Century club at Gage and Company; life member of the Artillery Association; life member of the United Travellers’ Association. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Funeral Home, 88 Brant Avenue, on Tuesday evening.  Private service Wednesday, at 2.30 p.m. with rev. Cyril Squires officiating.  Interment Mount Hope Cemetery.  Donations to Calvary Chapel Memorial Fund, First Baptist Church appreciated.
