RUSSELL – At the West Haldimand Hospital, Hagersville, on Monday, December 3, 1973, Earl C. Russell, of R6 Hagersville, in his 80th year (veteran of the First World War); beloved husband of Myrtle Williams; dear father of Clifford, R6 Hagersville; Harold, Toronto; Mrs. Carl (Cora) Farmer, R1 Wilsonville; Mrs. John (Norma) Bradley, R5 Hagersville and Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) Sommerville, Hagersville; also survived by 26 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.  Predeceased by one son Vernon and one daughter Mrs. Alice VanEvery.  Resting at Styres Funeral Home, Ohsweken, until 1:30 p.m.  Wednesday, then to St. Paul’s Kanyengeh Church, Dour Springs Road for funeral service at 2 p.m.  Interment in adjoining cemetery, Rev. George Ferris officiating.
