Slipped Quietly Home
Private William Arthur Oliver, of the 36th Battalion, son of John Oliver, of the Mt. Pleasant Road, slipped quietly home last evening, no notice of his homecoming having been received here. He was shell shocked and buried by the explosion at Messines, in 1915, and has since been recuperating, having been very roughly handled in the explosion. He arrived at St. John on the Metagama.
